In Spain, without a doubt, Yasmin is the best wedding planner we came across.
As a designer and architect, I’m naturally very particular—especially when it came to something as personal and meaningful as our wedding. I designed my own gown, jewelry, and website, so finding someone who could understand and help bring my vision to life with that level of attention to detail was no easy task.
After interviewing many luxury wedding planners, Yasmin stood out immediately. She was the only one who truly understood what it takes to create an elegant, multicultural wedding—one that honored both Arabic and Spanish/Latin traditions. And when it comes to Arabic hospitality, expectations are high. Yasmin and her team didn’t just meet those expectations—they exceeded them in every way.
Knowing how important design was to me, Yasmin went the extra mile. She offered full design support and even provided venue renders, which was incredibly thoughtful and rare.
Despite our careful planning, nature had other plans. On the day of our outdoor destination wedding in Palacio De Galiana, thunder and hail came pouring down unexpectedly. But Yasmin and her team moved swiftly into action, executing a Plan B ceremony that, truthfully, turned out even more magical than we imagined. As a designer and architect, I’m naturally very particular—especially when it came to something as personal and meaningful as our wedding. I designed my own gown, jewelry, and website, so finding someone who could understand and help bring my vision to life with that level of attention to detail was no easy task.
After interviewing many luxury wedding planners, Yasmin stood out immediately. She was the only one who truly understood what it takes to create an elegant, multicultural wedding—one that honored both Arabic and Spanish/Latin traditions. Yasmin is the wedding planner one could only dream of. She is incredibly organised, very responsive and really takes pride in ensuring that your wedding is everything you wanted. From the planning of the wedding to the actual wedding day, she was amazing. She made super organised throughout and made sure everything went according to plan. People often say that don’t expect the wedding to go 100% according to plan but our wedding was better than the plan and this was all thanks to Yasmin. I cannot recommend her enough - she is truly the best!

As soon as we reached out and met, we immediately hit it off. Yasmin is knowledgeable, smart, lovely and collaborative. My daughter is an event producer herself and Yasmin understood exactly what she wanted and she was able to make our vision come true.
From day one, Yasmin made the process of planning an international wedding stress-free! She was extremely knowledgeable about vendors, contracting, our budget and concerns. She went above and beyond. Although we were all working from different parts of the world, she was always timely her responses via email or WhatsApp we were always connected.
From arranging for the welcome bags, helping with check in and transportation, hotel reservations, communication with the venue and catering, keeping tabs with vendors fees, music, photographer, ceremony, decor.
